A beauty! Thanks for keeping us in the lutherie loop.

Oh, and it was fabulous hanging with you in Woodstock this past weekend.

Thanks so much for your visit to my home a week or 3 before Woodstock. A fabulous time.

I do wish that you also could have joined Bob and me at Woodstock.

Understandable considering you were back east a few weeks ago. It was great to see you at JT's house (Chez TINY). Perhaps next year again...?

As big as this world is Eric, this guitar may visit your hands some day.... After all a iim7-V7-IM7 needs a half diminished chord now and then.

It has been over a month since I have updated this thread. John had some nitro drop fills to clean up and let dry. It is now out of finish and the assembly is beginning.

Here is the 23.8 gram Gaboon Ebony pyramid bridge close to being finished sans some final clean up. It should be HHG onto the soundboard tomorrow.

Here is a short video where you can see the simple, the figure in the unadorned peghead veneer.

Thumbs up

Really nice clean lines on the headstock and the pyramid bridge. The figuring on the headstock face place is really lovely!

Like all of Mr. Slobod's creations, it's a glorious visual example of craft at its highest order.

And like all of Mr. Slobod's creations, I'm confident that its sound is equally glorious.

You must bring this guitar to next year's T.I.N.Y.

Please.

John put strings on my 00 12-fret on Friday.

I believe that he will be taking it and some others coming off his bench (including Juston’s OM-42 that you have seen in another AGF custom shop build thread) down to TJ Thompson’s shop in Massachusetts this week to have the Jescar EVO frets Plek’d as part of his set up procedure.
