Default Oska Burman Guitars | OM - Alpine Spruce/American Black Walnut

Hi to all the AGF members.

My name is Oska Burman & I'm a luthier making handmade, bespoke guitars from my studio workshop in Glasgow, Scotland.

I mainly focus on making Steel stringed acoustic guitars.

I have studied Instrument Making & Repairs in Totnes, England & also in Glasgow, Scotland under the tutelage of renowned Scottish luthier's Bill Kelday & Michael Ritchie, as well as Paul Hyland & Phil Messer.

This is one of the latest Steel stringed acoustic guitars that I built for a client in England, UK last year. It is an OM in Alpine Spruce & American Black Walnut.

Cheers,

Oska.

Wonderful details! I was particularly struck by the rosette and the way you brought the neck’s heel cap into the body. Very nice. Dave

Aw shoot...after listening to Oska's video and watching several more on his FB page, I've now got to add his guitars to my bucket list of wanted guitars.

Check out those baritones!! Don't think I've ever heard one sound better.

Oska's base price on his website is very appealing folks...at least for now...

Thanks for checking out my website & other guitars. Really appreciate your comments & feedback. I'll be creating a thread about the baritones soon as well, so other AGFers can check them out.

Hi Oska, and welcome! What ergonomic options do you offer? Do you do arm and rib bevels?

Lovely work Oska! I’ve really enjoyed following your work on instagram and especially enjoy your hints of classical guitar aesthetic, especially your use of the the Torres style greek meander inlay motif
