Default NGD, first solid body, PRS custom 24 in black gold

My firsts solid body guitar, I don't plan to get loads, just 1 so want to make it as good as it can get, whilst still affordable so here it is.

PRS custom 24 with a 10 Top.

Raymond, what a beauty ... Cograts!!! Wow, you went all out for your first solid body. Do you expect to play your PRS more than your acoustics?

For sitting on the coach I play my GS mini solely, love that guitar, that's what I practice on when I am watch TV and doing my chord changes and fret board exercises. The solid body is more for future, got it at a stonking price so I could not say no.

Beautiful guitar Raymond,,,,,. looks virtually identical to mine, except for the color. ( I thinks yours might be even prettier)

I bought my Custom 24 roughly 23-24 years ago, and hope to be playing it for another 23-24 years.

One of my jamming buddies wants me to leave it to him in my will, so last time I spoke to him on the phone, I said "Don't worry about it,,, it's taken care of. Just to be sure you get it, if someone finds me croaked in my music room,,,, I've carved your name on the back of the neck"

Great score! I'm a big PRS fan, but most of mine were bought in the 90's.
I hear the new ones (especially the pickups) sound even better!

That's a nice 10 top, and that stain looks really good on it.
