Default Recording from 1982 - Hammered Dulcimer, Mando, Guitar, & Irish Flute

Here's an old recording I did with some friends in Denton, TX back in 1982. We were in the living room of a small house with no air conditioning in the summer of 1982.

We had one mic in the middle of the room going into a reel-to-reel tape recorder. The song is MARCH OF THE KING.

Hammered Dulcimer plays solo before the other instruments join in. I play some simple rhythm on my D-18. It's not flashy, but I like it.

Thanks. Enjoyed that. Yes, the days of reel to reel recording. I still have mine.
Good on you for preserving. Well done.

That was enjoyable David, but I have to ask; what were you doing in Denton in 1982? Attending UNT?

Yes, off & on from 1978 - 1981 I was a guitar major at UNT (back then it was NTSU). What a great experience that was.
