This one is in excellent condition with the exception of slight finish blemish on the lower bout on the side not the top... can't see it but you can feel it when you run your hand over it. These are excellent parlor models with a ton more punch, sustain, and depth than you would expect from a guitar its's size. The factory hardshell case is similar to many of the upgraded cases of late. I'm selling because I just purchased an M36 and trying to recoup some funds.

Scale Length
Scale Length is 25" according to a couple places that have these listed for sale. I have added this to the specs also. This one has a great feel and response when playing... very unique in a good way!
