LOL! Thanks George.
Yes, I've been bitten by the GAS bug since the late 80s till now.
I am slowly off loading some of my collections that have been sitting too long in storage......
So that I can get new stuff

This is nothing compared to a lot of the beautiful guitar rooms being posted, but I love spending time here.

I'm very impressed with this space (and others in this thread, too, to be sure). This is basically my dream setup. One day!

This has been an enjoyable thread to read and look through.

Here is my guitar room/Rocky Balboa shrine.

Wow. Some really impressive looking rooms here and a variety of enviable instruments.

Here's my little collection - unfortunately my hands are now dictating that I play electric or archtop electrics more nowadays

Okay, I gotta ask. What do you play on the pink and top black ones? Cat Stevens? Cat's in the Cradle? Cat Scratch Fever? Pussy Cat Dolls?

Is there a story?

Love the Grestches next to them.

I have been following this thread and find it interesting that far more electrics are displayed than acoustics. Not what i would have expected.

In my own case, it doesn't look like much - basicalliy a super wide hallway with a couch, some folding chairs, bookcases, and 2 guitars out on a bench, with everything else (14 more, of all kinds) hidden inventively in a single closet.

That’s because electrics are typically far less susceptible to the environmental conditions and/or easier to adjust for them, so they can handle it better.

I live in MN where it’s too humid half the year and not humid enough the other half. My room has full-room humidification and dehumidification, but I still keep everything in the case, too, though I’m way more lenient on the electrics.

You guys have some great rooms! My room is simply an office with some guitars out haha. Most of my stuff is in cases in the closet!

My 'guitar room' is whichever room I happen to be playing my guitars in. I don't have a dedicated room. Think I'll try the kitchen this afternoon-after I wash yesterday's dishes...
