Frets are in good shape. Setup is good. Guitar is not perfect but I think that’s reflected in the price. It plays well with good action.

Most here understand 0.090" is not "pretty high". In fact it's pretty typical. The price you are asking is incredibly reasonable for the year and model. Don't give up on AGF! This is the best acoustic guitar forum you will find. LOTS of great folks here.

This is a great price for a great guitar. An 80's Taylor, no cracks, well-maintaned? This should have been purchased the minute you dropped it to $750 (frankly I would, but I our apartment is max-capacity with 3 guitars.)
