SOLD - Eastman E20OM
Greetings AGF,
Long time, no sell! Here is my faithful E20OM that has seen pretty consistent weekly play for the last three years. This is going to be the quick and dirty post to get the ad up and running, and I will fill this in with specifics later. Tone Big, open, bright, but with warmth in the low end. I've got a clip below from when I first purchased it, and it has opened up substantially since then. Condition This is not a case queen. I take very good care of my instruments, but I bought it with some finish crazing up around the edge of the fretboard - two small lines on either side. I will take better photos, as they're difficult to make out in the pictures below. Other than that, there is a ding in the top under the board about the size of a pencil eraser. It doesn't go through the finish. There is a scuff on the back of the neck that doesn't impact playability, and some scratches on the headstock. All are cosmetic and do not affect structural integrity or playability. It has always been properly humidified, kept in its case (hard shell) when not in use. Upgrades I have swapped the tuners for Grover Sta-tites, which are fantastic. I love them, and this stays in tune like a champ now. I've also added a K&K Pure Mini, which I also love tremendously. Adds no weight, doesn't impact acoustic tone, and provides a wonderfully clean, warm amplified tone through my JAM 150. Why am I selling? I'm in love with the Engelmann / EIR combination. This guitar's Adirondack top will keep pushing the volume out without breaking up, and the bass has opened up tremendously in the time I've had it, but I just can't get on board with the Adi chime. The sweetness of Engelmann is where I need to be. Price $780, not including shipping/PayPal fees. Let me know your zip, and I'll figure out a quote. Photos & Soundclips Everything below is from three years ago. The photos are a good representation, although the top has darkened up a bit with age, and is more golden now. I've added a strap button to the back. As I mentioned, I'll update with some newer photos of the imperfections, and I'll try to do an updated sound clip. Other Info If you want to learn the whole story of this guitar, you can find it here. Last edited by gruuv; 05-31-2019 at 08:32 PM. Reason: Marking title as sold |

Many thanks! I've played several of the E20's - this is the best of the bunch.
