NOTE: If you've been reading this for similar reasons to why I wrote it, I just stumbled across a video on YouTube that includes an exerceize that actually "seems" to lengthen the fingers. I don't know yet if it's permanent...or dangerous, but for a while I COULD play the chords I complained about here!!

I second those exercises in Pumping Nylon. It's an all round brilliant book, I'd recommend it to any acoustic guitarist, whether you're fingerstyle, classical, jazz or rock.
