Godin 5th Avenue Kingpin II HMB

I recently picked up a used Godin 5th Avenue Kingpin II HMB. I used to have the P90 model and played thru a Blues Junior III which sounded fantastic.


I now longer have the Blues Jr, but have a Fender Acoustic Jr. The 5th Avenue sounds ok thru the Acoustic Jr with flatwounds, but was wondering if there would be a better string choice to use with the acoustic amp?

Also looking for suggestions for an inexpensive gig bag to use with the 5th Ave.
