Default What are some good guitar stores near Titusville, Florida?

Goldtone is around the corner from my house, but all they have are what's left of their Woodsong inventory and it's not good.

I see there are a number of stores in Melbourne. Any of them good? Other suggestions?

Thanks!

If you want to stay in Brevard I recommend Island Music on Merritt Island and Wickham Music off Wickham Rd in North Melbourne. Both are small but have pretty good inventory. If you want to brave the trip up to Daytona there's Total Entertainment Music a couple miles east of the Speedway. It is huge and has just about everything. I've bought from all three.

I visited Total Entertainment in Daytona Beach last Friday. NFI, however they're having a year-end inventory reduction sale (ends today, 12/31) and there are some bargains to be had. LOTS of quality electrics and a room full of Taylors (not for me, but certainly appealing for many) on special.

They have some Martins (mostly lower-end), with nothing special there other than a pretty good "re-imagined" D-28. The two most impressive acoustics (to me) are a NOS 2017 Gibson J-15 and a used rosewood Guild DV6 (Tacoma-made). I considered the J-15 because it's such a great deal ($900 w/hard case), due to a very minor amount of shop wear and a pickguard that's lifting. It's a real good one, however I simply don't need it.

The Guild is a great example in outstanding condition, however they're asking (I think) $735 for it and I feel that may be a bit above what the market will bear.

Wholesale Music if you're looking for Acoustic's. Corner of 192 and Wickham behind the CVS.

I'm thinking of going. I did pickup a Woodsong dread at Goldtone for $300 to support the shop around the corner. It's an ok cheap guitar with some cool features. Fine for gigging outside in Florida....
