Default Cable choices...

Hey there guys... I just got a new Strat, some Keeley Pedals, a DL-4 and are looking for some more things for my rig, but my current question is:

What cables do I use for chaining and for connecting my guitar? I like monsters, but I don't think they really are worth their pricetag. What is a cable you would recommend? I was looking at Lava/Mogami cables, they look simple and durable and sound like they have good audio quality.

Thanks for the help!

PS: I also am looking for a good powering option. I am not a big fan of these here Onespots...

Cables? Planet Waves. Mechanically sound. Good sound. Reasonable price.

Mark @ Lava does great work and he is a good guy. I really like his brand as a mid priced cable. Anything he solders for you will be good and will last forever.
