NGD: Fender Original 60s Thinline Telecaster
Picked this out after 1-2 months of trying out guitars.
Started out wanting a strat and realizing that a Tele felt more at home to me. Specifically a thinline tele. The tone is sweet, on the bright side, and can get snarky on the bridge, which I wanted as I'm recently into funk. Think it's a keeper! |

Congrats what a great color (Except now you must learn a bunch of early 60s Surf and car songs, it's required )

I always think those Seafoam Green guitars look nice with a maple 'board for whatever reason, and yours is yet another example.
I've read that originally the Thinline design was to make do with the heavier wood stocks Fender had on hand back then. But some Tele Thinlines are also light as feather. How's yours?

I so wanted a Vintera Thinline Tele, till I realized it had Vintage style frets..
Bummer,, that was a deal breaker for me! Does this one have the same? |

Nice looking Tele, congrats!
Telecasters have ALWAYS felt more like "home" to me than Strats... much as I've layed them and tried to bond with them, a Tele sits in my hands and says, "Hey! You know me... I'm a guitar!". Enjoy!!!

Sweet looking Tele! I'm a fan of that aged toner fretboard look - it looks great. Enjoy.

Oh it says vintage tall frets.. I don’t find them uncomfortable though , YMMV.

Thanks everyone. This guitar is the first that both my wife and kids say is pretty!
I Guess kids are more attracted to candy coloured guitars? |

thin / short vintage style frets on a maple lacquered neck are the problem. Those are not for me.. |
