Default ~Stehr OO-12 for Healdsburg ~

OK guys, I have one last guitar to post. This guitar I wanted to keep simple and clean with a nice woodsy feel to it. I didn't have much time for pics, so didn't take as many as I would like, but these will have to do

The guitar:

OO-12 fret
Redwood top
Macassar ebony back and sides
24.9 short scale
1.75" nut width
Bolivian rosewood bindings, fretboard, headplate, rosette
Brazilian rosewood bridge
Maple back and side purfling
Bolivian rosewood bound side sound port

Thanks for looking!!

I have to say, there are some extremely talented luthiers who support this forum and all build very nice guitars. But, Joel builds a guitar that visually just excites me like no others. He will start building mine shortly after the show and I can't wait! Another stunner Joel!

Good stuff, Joel! White/black/white purfling against the top...and not the usual black/white/black. A confident, skilled touch. Impressive.
Will be so good to get to visit, and pick your brain!

Smile Nice!

Nice one Joel. I love the set of Macassar ebony you used. Wow! The top and the rosette wood are very nice too.

One touch I really like is the very simple offset square on the 12th fret of the fretboard. It is an example of when the little things can do so much.
