Default Favorite Beatles Album and Why?

What’s your favorite Beatles album and why? Mine was always Sgt Peppers but I’ve listened to it so much over the past 20 years that I now prefer other albums more…

When this one was released, I listened to it a whole bunch. I
guess I wasn't sophisticated enough to look down on it because
it was a greatest hits album, I never gave that a second thought,
I just thought it was another Beatles album, a really good one.
Like the red one that had old stuff on it, and there was a white one too...

Very hard call for me but I go with Sgt Pepper first closely followed by Abbey Road .. because yes, side 2 is incredible.

My vote is the reverse of Bruce's. AR (yes, side 2 esp.) by a nose over SP. But it might depend on the day....!

"Beatles 65" aka "Beatles For Sale".
A high point of that phase of the band.
Superb musicianship all around and George Martin was on fire.

If pressed to pick one, Rubber Soul.
But could easliy be Abbey Road, Let it Be or A Hard Day's Night, depending on the day.

Yeah, "Revolver" would be my very-close second. Both were awesome albums.

I would say A Hard Day's Night (UK version). I love their early pop songs and this album is chock full of them.
