Default I need 1 more input!

Hi guys. I've got a UA Audio apollo twin, which has 2 inputs. I'd like to be able to record the guitars pickup to mix in, along with stereo mics. What is the easiest, most cost effective way to add an input? I have an older 2 channel focusrite scarlet usb interface in a closet somewhere. Is it possible to use that somehow?

If you're using a Mac then yes, you can create an aggregate device to combine the inputs to your DAW...see this Apple Support Doc. Sorry but I haven't the foggiest notion if this is possible under Windows.
