I used mine today because I needed a battery and 3 inputs. My Bose S1 sounds SO much better. Could be my eq, but I did tweak a bit today as we had time and no audience. City paid us to play in a city park where the rec center and pool were closed. Nobody using this park. We practiced and still get paid.

I have to give the Bose S1 pro a try again, now I have high pass filters on my pedalboard to keep it from farting

I have now gigged with my JBL EON Pro Compact about 5 times and it has performed flawlessly. The sound is so clear and I love that each channel has its own multi band EQ. The only negative is that if you push it too hard it will start
clipping, but most places its just fine. You just have to choose the right applications.

I agree. I tried the S1 the other day and it sounded horrible with some guitars. The JBL is much more flexible and versatile.

One of the firmware updates fixed the battery drain problem for me.
