That alone is worth the price of admission.

Beautiful.

Agreed!

Today's guitar is from Rebecca Urlacher currently off to finish! This guitar will be delivered at B.I.G. and will be played in the Friday concert as well so you will get a great chance to hear it under perfect conditions.

Today's eye candy, a closeup look at the rosettes for the matching Saddle Pal and Big Hoss guitars being constructed for B.I.G. by Chris and Jeremy Jenkins from Lamehorse guitars! Both inlaid into some of the finest Italian alpine spruce on the planet from the Abies Project.

Just outstanding works of art being created. What a treat for everyone attending. I'm just hoping there are photos for the rest of us!

Those literally look like two eyes made of candy! Looking forward to seeing this and catching up with the Jenkins'.

Dustin does make it seem effortless--a joy to watch and listen to.

But Dennis, if he uses Cherokee lake for his workshop, it's gonna be way outta my league!

I'm hoping he'll do "Something Fine" in his concert--he does a beautiful rendition that showcases both his playing and his voice...

Get on a plane!!! Short of that, we do have some accomplished photographers coming so we should not be short of pics or videos.

He also sings Wichita Lineman which I am hoping he will do also!

Not heard him sing this, but did hear him play a fingerstyle arrangement of it on a Buendia that is pretty much the sum of my ambitions as a guitarist.

Just FYI, a couple of folks have said the hotel link was no longer working so we called today. The link no longer worked because all the reserved rooms were full. That being said, they gave us more at the discounted rate, but they are limited. There are 5 king rooms left and a few double queen suites which will be a little more, but still discounted from normal.

Getting close now, please if you are on the fence give me a shout and let's make it happen!

Man that looks so good... shame travel is so horrendous right now. Will need to get a Scottish contingent over at some point! All the best with the event.

I'm looking at Southwest. Has anyone taken an acoustic as carry on? I'm s the early board pass necessary? Afraid of letting baggage handlers touch it. Not a big fan of shipping it, either
