Cowgirl Blue -Eric Skye
Resurrected this little fingerpicking tune I made up in the 90s. We didn’t know if our daughter Taylor was gonna be a boy or girl, so when I found the color “Cowgirl Blue” at paint store I figured it was a safe choice. I also posted a comment on Eric’s YT page for this video. I really look forward when you share music with us. Probably my biggest challenge as a fingerstyle player is remaining in the moment with the music as I play an arrangement. Watching (and studying) players like Eric in these videos really provides inspiration for me. I really appreciate what he does for the community from offering himself for lessons to anyone, his outstanding 30 Day Acoustic Guitar Challenge, and these performances. Well done and thank you!
