It looks like a Tele Deluxe or Custom. I wonder if it has the large headstock. Full volume and tone controls. Good stuff.

A sparkle deluxe! Quite the looker. What do they call that color? I've got a nineties strat that's purple, but they called it some kind of blue, if I remember right. Long since discontinued. One thing about mine, it's really hard to take a picture that shows its true color. Lighting seems to have a big effect on it.

Give us a report when it arrives, with more pics. And congrats!

It's a 72 Custom Reissue in purple sparkle. Small headstock, which I like.

Cool looking guitar and it's SPARKLY! I have a question.
How does one dress when you play a guitar like that?
I'm thinking black tux, bow tie and black patent leather shoes.

Should be a very versatile axe - full bite on the bridge pickup, full power rhythm neck humbucker. I’m a big fan of Fender one piece maple necks. Checks all the right boxes!
