Default Question for Vox guitar people

I have a very old vox phantom 12 electric -the one that looks like bo diddleys guitar had a baby ( funny looking but cool at the same time )

Its early sixties - not sure of the date ( early italian made ). Ive tried over the past 30-40 years to get vox tuners - trust me im not the only one , got beat out a few times on a set .

heres the problem -it needs tuners ( i have the right side from the front - vox tuners on 1/2 ) but the left side are from another guitar ?
( their very bad and really dont work -total crap - their forced in)

wouldnt mind replacing both sides -

Vox cant help me - they made many variations of this guitar but this being an older model - im S out of luck

any suggestions
