Sound Generation Acoustic Strings
Hello,
Just got an email from Strings By Mail offering these Brazilian strings. There pretty cheap. Anyone had experience with them? |

Wow, they must be pretty good if they are Brazilian...
To be serious -- NO, never heard of them. Brazil makes decent castings these days so they are certainly capable of making decent steel. Might be worth a try to find out. - Glenn |

re: SG (Sound Generation) guitar strings
SG strings have been made in Brazil since 1918 and is part of the Izzo company today. They make excellent strings at a very reasonable price. I have used them on all my guitars for year and am very happy with them. They have a better sound than other brands that are very popular and much more expensive. Once you've tried them I don't think you'll want any other brand.
