As an aside, I find that the standard Shubb Capo doesn’t open wide enough on many of my guitar if I’m clamping the capo far down the neck. I might be able to close it, but it is way too tight. I’ve never had this issue with a stirrup version.

Yeah I probably should send a message it wasn’t cheap for a capo. Ironically my cheap Shubb’s I’ve had for many more years are still going strong.

I just got one of these as a result of this thread. It is a magnificent piece of gear. Light as a feather, beautiful to look at and works flat out amazingly!

Yeah, I like my F3 so much I bought an F1 for my 1 11/16" neck...

If the Paige I use with my Gretsch ever wears out I might go for the gold version.
