Have you tried daddario pro arte EJ51 recording strings? I played a little bit of the study (I have the TECLA edition). I tried a slightly different fingering on the 4th string... I used a combination of the 2nd and 1st finger to eliminate the "jumping" effect which is the major cause of the squeak.

I'm not sure if you're open to more feedback on your performance. Let me know if you are.
