That is some delicate work there, the ripping photo does look sketchy!!! You build and play to well to have any issues there!

In the pursuit of folks not thinking I'm TOO much of a cowboy when it comes to shop safety ... here's a closer shot of me ripping the 1mm koa purfling strips on my table saw. The little fret-saw blade is just a blur, but is an inch and a half in front of my left hand. The left hand is not moving, just pushing the wood against the fence (while my right pushes the strip of koa forward well back of the blade).

Boy ... I know what you mean Stan! When I was younger though, seeing small details didn't seem to be an issue at all ... but now ... I need all the help I can get!
