Are you going over to join in and visit with the Brits?

Glad they didn’t give you a hard time about the Rosewood.

The excellence of your work deserves all that and more, David.
And yeah, I know there are other guitar makers along for the ride.

Congratulations David and also to the rest of the gang. What a wonderful project to be part of. You ALL deserve the success you've so rightfully earned.

I was in London last week and fortuitously came across this exhibition. It' was hard to miss the banner in Trafalgar Square, right across the street from the National Gallery. A very unexpected treat to get to see these magnificent instruments, which are nicely displayed in the space (and they have the video about the project running in the exhibition space, which is nice since it allows you to hear interviews with the luthiers as well as performances on the guitars as you admire the instruments).

Hey Dennis ... this exhibit was confirmed at the last minute, so we weren't able to make it for the opening. Some of the builders are planning to go over near the closing, but already there's talk of an extension of the run, so we're waiting to see about that.

There was some CITES snag that was going to hold the guitars up enough to miss the opening ... but some "diplomatic fairy dust" was sprinkled on the paper work apparently! Wish I had more of that dust!

Thanks Tim! I definitely wish it was the Group of 77 ... there are SO many other builders who have earned the exposure that this kind of exhibit provides!

Went to Dave's presentation and Grit's closing presentation. A humbling, yet inspiring body of work. I can only choose a few details of them to try and emulate. My admiration is boundless. Russ Parker

I’m looking forward to visiting it as a fan of the Group of Seven as well as the eminent guitar builders involved!

Then you are in for a real treat as the pictures here only relay a part of the extraordinary efforts of the luthier's work on this project. Seeing them in person should not be missed by anyone who is able to go.

I would love to hear you play some of these guitars

Great pics of your guitar Dave. While they are all works of art, I must admit yours is my favourite. Russ

That's very cool that you're already aware of the original Group of Seven artists Michael ... and thanks for supporting the project!
