Advise on Nynon guitar + onboard preamp and tuner

Hi guys.

I've reading a lot of threads about the guitars and has been astonished that Fender acoustics is not so appreciated.

I want a guitar with Nylon strings that will sound better than Fender SCE-240. Or is it anyway a good choice?

I also like Yamaha's. But they are comparatively more expensive..

My budget is not more than 500 USD.
