Default Can't Find Chords

I'll be darned if I can find the chords to the song "On Faith Alone I Stand." I've Googled it up but all I can get is lyrics and no chords for some reason. Would appreciate it if you had a link or know the chords for this great song. Thanks!

Is it possible that you could find it in a hymnal, where you could see the piano chords?

I saw that it doesn't include the lyric/chord format that is normally used by church guitarist. It would take standard notation and theory skill to break the chords out of the vocal melody and harmony lines
