Default Overspray how to tell?

Hello everyone,

I have a handful of vintage guitars and I would like to make sure that none of them have been refinished or oversprayed.
I’m thinking about getting a black light but I’m not sure what to look for.
Any advice would be really appreciated.

The guitars look original and there is no finish apparent where there shouldn’t be.

A good eye and skill set working with finishes allows many techs to see refinishes,.

Uv black light also reveals a lot that cannot be seen with the naked eye, I have seen many areas of repair under uv black lights that I was unable to see wih my eye in natural light
