The body shape reminds me of earwigs. For that reason, I cannot own one. It would keep me awake nights.

My SG is troubled.
It won’t stay in tune.
The wiring has gone rogue:
Bridge pickup stopped working.
Neck pickup sounds great, but the sound gets distorted and fuzzy with pickup selector in middle position.

In desperation,I put a new set of strings on my Squire Strat. Stays in tune. All pickups work. Sounds great. Luckily, it’s red.

Oh yeah, I’m a fan of the SG?

What year is yours, is that the 2017 or the 2018 SG Standard?

Very much not a fan of the strap button placement. Great guitar otherwise.

Wow, that's a beauty. Mine is the 2017 Standard. Good eye. The '57 Classics can really rock, even with high gain.

This is my 2017 SG Standard T
I just finally got rid of the Kidney tuner buttons and put on a set of Keystone, now it looks and feels correct.

This has been my "go to" guitar over the past year. Love it. It's an SGJ satin finish, which is starting to wear to the wood in one spot where my anchored fingernail is. I just finished playing 1.5 hours standing up, unplugged, while watching Netflix.
