I have to say this is a very tempting guitar.

I played one a little while back new that I don't believe was set up at all and it had a lovely feel (not as enormous as the dreadnaughts) and sound.

The set up as he described would make a world of difference. I live in the suburbs of NYC and a professional setup by someone who does it privately would be about $80-- and he's very inexpensive.

I obviously can't vouch for this guitar in particular but never underestimate the value of a quality setup.

Thanks Tenzin! Yes, the setup makes all the difference in what's already a great value 12 string guitar. While I'm a "normal" size guy at 5"10" and 185 pounds, this guitar is so comfortable to hold and play due to it being a Concert size body. While it's not the loudest 12 string I've ever heard, it's no wimp either. Very powerful for a guitar of this size.

Let's find this sweetheart a new home!!
