SOLD is a 2017 Alvarez Artist 80 Series Maple Jumbo Acoustic-Electric Guitar with cutaway in near mint condition.

This is an outstanding jumbo in every way - Looks great, sounds great (acoustically and plugged-in), and plays great. I am selling solely to thin things out. Here are some specs:

Top Wood: Solid A+ Sitka Spruce (hand selected from quarter-sawn wood)
Back & Sides Wood: Layered, Figured Maple
Scale Length: 25 1/2"
Nut width: 1-3/4" (44.45 mm)
Real bone nut and saddle
LR Baggs Element Pick-up with StagePro Preamp (3 band EQ, Phase & Notch) - Sounds great on this guitar!

The guitar has been professionally set-up with action at the 12th fret set to 5/64" on the bass side, and 4/64" on the treble side, with neck relief of .007". Plays like a dream. Will ship in a like new hardshell case (Union Station Case SLM1505US: Hardshell, 5 latch, solid wood with black tolex covering & plush lined interior, a $90 value).

This is the second best sub-$1K jumbo I have played (the first being the Regal in my signature). I've decided to get down to one jumbo, so this one goes.
