First coats of finish on the maple. It's hard to beat really nicely figured maple.

Looks fabulous... I think its the first Sycamore Maple Circa that I have seen with a Honduran Mahogany neck with colored pore filler (most have matching maple necks). I made the same choice on my Maple guitar as well.

Yeah, the only other one I've seen is the one I played at Schoenberg. I think it's on the first page of this post? I thought about doing maple, but ultimately I wanted the lighter weight and stability of mahogany. I still think it looks nice.
