Hey Paddy,

We're a sort of gang of brothers and sisters here. I and mine have suffered this same gut punch and made it through. It's possible.

Try to keep all the control you can, and we'll keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

Will pray for your healing, Paddy, and for you to find the complete strength and peace to face this mountain and overcome it.

Hi Paddy,
I'm sorry that you got such a frightening diagnosis. The shock will wear off. I am hoping that you have a good oncologist and live near good medical facilities. That, and the support of family and friends, will help.

Please keep us posted.

True that.
Alex Trebek had the worst of diagnosis recently, and he's experiencing some truly encouraging and unanticipated results.
Mobilize your medical team to help you though this. Doctors in the field of cancer are some of the very best.

I can’t imagine the shock of such news. Give ‘er all ya got to positively deal with it emotionally and physically. As has been said, attitude counts for a lot. It’s good that you’ve reached out here and don’t hesitate to update. We all have something to learn from the experiences of others. I wish you all the best and hope that guitar/music will be therapeutic for you. Take care, Paddy!

No, I don't know you, but I can put myself in your position and only imagine how it must feel. I wish you the best going forward, the best care, the best support, the best time of however much is left to you - obviously hoping you can get past this and have much much more time with us. Probably nothing I can do but offer my thoughts, but I'm thinking of you and my hopes are with you...
