How much is a neck reset on a metal bodied resonator?
Hi folks. Anyone have any idea what it would cost o reset the neck on a metal-bodied resonator? Thanks.

The costs will vary a lot depending on who is doing the work. I recommend Jake Wildwood at the Wildwood flower (in Vermont), who did the neckset on my '32 National Style O. National's (especially the old ones) are inherently unstable and will almost always need help because of their design, which is more like a banjo than a guitar, with a stick running through the body.

I had a wooden body Estralita done for about £170 in 2017.
Then, same guy tried to do the same on a friend's style 0 - the join between the back and the sides split! The one National specialist in the UK charges about £360. Uk prices include taxes.
