Here is a little video of one song by Frog and Toad, I believe it was the finale and is called 5 days on Rattlesnake Mountain I think. It will be on their new album that is being recorded in October:

Default Some sales pics

Kevin and Eileen and the Bog Oak guitar

Here is Tony playing the BO guitar

And Tony playing the Brazilian guitar in concert

And finally one of our super hosts holding a BIG 21 poster with luthier signatures and looking justifiable proud and not a little relieved it’s winding down. I want to publicly thank Tom and Kathy for hosting a great event. It was the best run guitar festival I have ever attended

Default More Frog & Toad

A mediocre video with focus issues of some great guitar playing. Excuse the orientation; I was unable to hold it the other way from where i was standing. Brad (Frog) is on my Nautilus (link in sig) and Ben (Toad) is playing a Nautilus he built for BIG that sold while people were still walking in on the first day.

As likable as these two are in video they are even more-so in person.

Default Brad's Calves...and Tony

Here Tony is playing an incredible John Kinnaird from Tom's collection that he loved immensely.

Brad sells workout programs for anyone looking to get their calves to this level...he also sells sasquatch socks if those caught your eye.

Default Tony on Tellier through a Humphrey

Here i was testing my favorite of my soundhole pickups (with a condenser mic) through one of the stellar Humphrey Amps and Tony stepped in to play a song on it for Fred Tellier. When I first bought this guitar from a friend last year I emailed Fred about it and he sent me a video of Tony playing it when it was 4 days old. I thought it would be fun to have Tony play it again 10 years later and send it back to Fred. If you have the option of watching with headphones or on real speakers it sounds way better.

I would be remiss if I did not add just want a fantastic acoustic amp Gerry Humphrey makes. They are stunning to look at, but have an amazingly perfect acoustic sound reproduction. Incredible.

So Tony McManus is obviously know world wide, been on all but two continents thus far, but he is quite an amazing singer with a lovely voice. I thought I would post this video, when he started to sing, the room was filled with a his magical tone. That is a John Kinnaird BRW guitar Tony is playing in this song. It sold the next day to a great player, an AGF member.

I concur. I'm not a great player, but am a stickler for good amplification because I have been blessed with lots of opportunities to play live. I plan to get on Gerry's build list soon!
