Default mortoro guitars

Hello, I recently came across a photo of an archtop guitar that was made by Gary Mortoro. It looked beautifully designed but I never heard of the guitar maker Gary Mortoro. Has anyone had experience playing one of these guitars? Are they a quality brand? Thanks

Apparently Gary Mortoro passed away on Sept. 26.

I read it on Friends of The Archtop page on FB, and there is a notice in that area of Florida.

He was 71.

RIP.

HE

Robert Benedetto has an endorsement on his web site (if he's passed, my condolences). He looks to be a hand-builder master luthier, one guitar at a time.
