Default In praise of luthiers & guitar shops

The custom I put down payment on at the end of March, was finalized this week, the builder surprised me with a 2% reduction from the price that had been established.

The larger surprise was an additional 15% discount from the receiving shop.

I already love this shop, they're easy to work with. They suggested the builder I ultimately went to when I'd asked about the Martin custom shop.

Finally, here's the custom headstock inlay we're doing .. err, they're doing, at my request

How exciting! Having gone through the process of ordering two different custom guitars, I know how much fun it can be. I look forward to sharing in the adventure with pictures and posts.

Best,
Jayne
