My Aching Back!
I'm in pretty good shape and try to maintain the "classical" posture when playing (guitar on left leg with footstool). However, after about an hour I get a back ache which run along the right side. After an hour break, I can hit it again. I know other guitarists who have the same problem. Any ideas?

Wayne -
I also have trouble with a backache after I play for a while. I've found no solution other that to take a break as you are doing. Just wanted you to know you're not alone.
