Default Removing pickups

I’m shopping around for a vintage acoustic. A few that I’m interested in have LR Braggs pickups installed in them. I never plug in and do not like the looks of the soundhole pickups. Is it a fairly simple process of removing them? I’m assuming the end pin hole needs to be enlarged to install the plug, so do they make end pins for this? Thanks
