Default The listening forum

Ive been active many years on the general forum and totally ignored this forum cause I thought it was just about equipment. Well sometime ago I was looking for a replacement for my earphones and discovered that this forum is also about artists. Ive enjoyed so much the conversations weve had in the brief time I ve been checking this forum. Just wanted to say...

Hi Mercy. I completely agree with you about this subforum. You never know what's going to pop up and some of the threads are really interesting. Often some very obscure material is posted, all of it fascinating and it does stimulate some great conversations.

Like you, I eschewed this sub-Forum for years, until this latest Covid kerfluffle... since I've been coming on here, I've had some great "tips" of different recordings and online concerts... and I've been able to share in those areas with which I am extremely familiar.

Now, I come here every time I log on... pretty much everyday!

I agree, mercy. This is a great subforum. And it can be about equipment, but it's kinda anything related to media that isn't covered by another subforum. Some of the videos here are fantastic.

The description for the "LISTEN" forum reads, "Discussion of listening equipment, stereo systems, audiophile gear, reviews of music albums, VINYL, CD’s, DVD’s, and all media. Concerts, Documentaries, and discussion of music news." A little bit of a hodgepodge, but a good one.
