Lovely... I've got a custom H&D 00. Fantastic guitars! What's the wood combination of yours?

And I still like that bench.

LOL, Thanks Kerbie!! These are sweet and very BIG sounding, clear ringing 00 instruments by H&D. Mine is Engelman topped and IR back and sides. I would love to see a picture of yours sometimes, whether in pm or here.

Loo, they do sound big and yet quite clear. They have a surprisingly strong bass. Yours is lovely. One well-known dealer has always told me the 00 is the finest guitar H&D makes. I think mine's a keeper for me. I don't have nearly as cool a setting, but here's my all-Mahogany custom 00...

Wow, she is a beauty! I don't know why I tried to sell or trade mine a year ago but glad I didn't go through with it. I have plenty of the dreads but really favor these parlors more for whatever reason. It's not due to health issues, just simply a bigger sound in a smaller package. But the clarity on these H&D Custom 00s is unmatched, from what I've played out there in the market. I can see why a dealer said these were the best guitars that H&D builds! I have played many H&Ds at ArtisanGuitars, here in Nashville, all shapes and I haven't ever played one that comes close to this 2008 I bought used in 2015. Thanks for showing it, Kerbie! I love the simple fingerboards too!

I fell in love with a 1929 00 a couple years prior to my H&D, but I just couldn't handle the thick neck. So, I debated and ended up ordering an H&D 00 to replace it. And its neck is perfect for me.

Artisan is such a great shop! It's a treat every time I go. Hope you'll post some more tunes with that sweet H&D.

Will do, Kerbie and thanks for the kind replies. I must admit, I'm pretty thick necked guitar lover myself, but I do enjoy the others as well.
