Out of the case, and into the case.

They have a UV option, not sure if it’s glass, acrylic or both.

I chose the UV filtering, as they will see afternoon sun. Extra $100 per.
They are acrylic not actual glass. You'd likely not notice if you didn't know in advance.

Yep, but my Martin 545 cases have 6 latches, and they are LOUD!

When I want to play, CLACK x 6. Put it away, CLACK x 6. My neighbor was coming to my front door just as I was putting one away, and he asked if I owned a vault!

The room they occupy is not big, so having two cases on the ground was unsightly. I didn't like any of the case holders I saw, and anyway each was for more than 2 acoustics. So more wasted space IMO.

The result is elegant, functional, and beautiful. And my wife likes it. That may be the biggest win.

Final pics tomorrow. I have them wall mounted, but there's some patching and repainting I need to accomplish before declaring it finished.
Here's a teaser:

Tom, I am 100% on board with your storage / display solution. Have always thought Acoustic Remedy makes a wonderful product. Of course, the nicer the guitar inside, the better they look and you've got a couple really nice ones

Certainly. I was thinking low level or one with a simple fader control. But not the crazy different coloured light shows like some LED ribbon setups do

Kitchen cabinet underside mounted lights can have faders and such. Soft glow to bright.

The top down light is nice, but it creates shadows that tell you it's a top light. I want more direct light on the body.

Thanks everyone for the kind words.
I finally completed some hole-filling and repainting and can provide a few additional pics

The included hygrometer, which attaches by a magnet:

And the battery-powered LED lights from above:

Nice attention to details, as evidenced by the door handle:

Lots of other nice design touches. A thick gasket to seal the interior. And a closeup of the walnut, beautifully finished.

My 00-30 in closer view, difficult to do as it’s close to a window...

And finally an overall view of the office. Love my Stickley desk and chair with a dragonfly MOP inlay. I’ve thought to add the same to one of my guitars!

Really cannot say anything bad about the company or product. They shipped quickly and securely, and installation was fairly easy.

I have not needed the Boveda packs at all yet, as the cases have maintained 48% humidity!
