Default Rode NT-USB microphone

I thought I would just leave a quick review here. I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and it paired effortlessly with the Rode. I just had to buy a USB (female) to USB C (male) adaptor. When I plugged it in and hit record on a video, a little pop up says "you are recording on a USB device" and sure enough, I was! The sound is quite good and low noise for a USB mic. It makes recording videos for YouTube quite easy. Anyway, two thumbs up for this mic if you want a quick solution to better phone created videos.

I am adding a very quick test. This is not processed in any way except to clip the video ends and any standard YouTube compression or modifications. Sorry it's not the best performance in the world! [emoji1787]

This is a very quick and dirty recording using only the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and the Rode NT-USB.

Sounds good through my headphones (on a PC)!

I have a Galaxy Note 10, I wonder if it would work on mine. The sound recording ability of my phones have gone downhill, even though the phones have gotten more expensive

I have a Note 8. I could try it on the 8 tomorrow and see if it works on the 8. Hadn't thought of that.

I tried the mic on a galaxy Note 8 and could not get it to record through the mic. Not sure if that would also apply to a Note 10 or not.
