Excellent. I'm a big fan of the unique and unconventional.

Hi Martin - ...because. Thank you for your kind comment. I have a couple more things up my sleeve too...

Keep honing your skills...they will come.

Kevin.

(+)1. I'll go back to hacking partscasters back together, especially with old license plates and door hinges.

It definitely takes maximum concentration and I have to go very slow and very deliberate.

I'm working on my very next one now and I'll post that in a few days.

I've got another very intricate one coming too...

Have a great day.

Kevin.

I got this guitar shipped out finally. Here are some close ups of the neck detail. It really pops with the clear on it and you can see my "Signature" laminations. Brazilian Rosewood/walnut/Brazilian rosewood with contrasting accent lines.

These are Madagascar Rosewood buttons from LMI. Grab a set and dress your guitar up.

I have an OM coming up and I'll do a build thread. It will be available.

Thanks Harv. These are really tricky things to do. I have more of them I'm going to be working on.

In a guitar store or stand the guitar is usually presented with the top being forward as well, so you can't see the back of the neck.
Well, the most beautiful thing on a guitar will usually never be seen by anyone and this is in my opinion the top bracing. I love this kind of hidden treasures . True beauty does not need to be flashy, it's just there for itself.

Hierophant - I agree, bracing the guitar is an art form and one of my favorite things too. Glad you liked the neck detail. Of course, its so much better in person.

Kevin.
