Writing with one of my favorite songwriters

A couple of times now I have had the opportunity to write with a favorite songwriter of mine (a different one each time). The song was my idea, and I got a couple of lines in myself. Amazing to watch a master songwriter weave his magic on an idea of mine. We wrote this over two years ago, but it wasn't until a week or so ago that I was finally able to play it and give it my own interpretation. I had to, because I'm heading to Nashville next month to start recording my third album.

Ha! When I joined this forum, I was just a huge FAN of songwriters. Thus the name. I'd never even heard of the Gibson guitar by that name. I still don't own one of them (probably should?).
