Default Preamp for Taylor GS with K+K mini

Hello forum members I play a 2006 Taylor GS with a K+K mini through a Marshall AD50 amp my question is what would be a good choice for a preamp system to use? The Marshall amp sounds good but lacks a Mid control in the EQ,and I would like to be able to add some Mids to my overall sound.Thank you for your response.

The K&K co. also offers a pre-amp.
And you may have a "pre-phase" switch to cut the feedback.

I have four axes with K&Ks in them. I finally broke down and got the K&K XLR Mach II preamp and I love it. Part of the advantage is that this one has a notch filter with sweep-able frequency, amplitude AND bandwidth so that you can center in on any offending, overly hot frequencies and dial them down; this is in addition to the 3-band tone control/eq.

Couple other advantages...the impedance is properly matched for these pickups AND it is an 18 volt system rather than 9 volt, which gives much better signal strength, head-room, signal to noise ratio.

They aren't cheap; I know this the only one they make with the notch filter...not sure whether or not the other preamps they make are also 18 volt, but if they are, that's still an advantage. IMO.
