Up for sale is an absolutely stunning acoustic guitar that i had custom built by Collings guitars. The build took about 6 months and it was completed in February of 2017. I'm only selling to free up funds for another endeavor.

This is a custom OM2 - with a handful of special options and easily the nicest wood i've ever seen on a Collings (and having owned a bunch, that says a lot).

The custom options on this particular guitar are:

-Deep Body
-1 3/4 nut
-Adirondack Bracing
-No tongue Brace
-Baked Sitka Top
-Rope Purflings
-Ivoroid Fretboard Binding
-Ivoroid Headstock Binding

On top of these options, i had my dealer request the best Sitka top available with tight grain and heavy silking and a very dark, straight grained East Indian Rosewood set for the back and sides. I'm happy to say that these woods look phenomenal (just look at the top in the pictures...).

The guitar sounds amazing. Since tone is very subjective, I'd just say that this sounds like the most balanced, powerful, well-played in OM around. This is due to the baked sitka top, bracing and deep body option.

The guitar comes as a full set - TKL case, case key, polishing cloth, and un-filled warranty card. When i received the guitar, i put on a set of D'Addario NB1256 Nickel Bronze strings (my personal favorites).

Looking for $3950 plus actual shipping costs (Trade value slightly higher). Wire, check or pp friends preferred, but we can discuss regular paypal. I'd be open to trading down for the right acoustic. Let me know if you're interested.

Sorry, forgot to include that. Standard Collings string spacing 2 3/16"

Apart form the custom options listed, all specs are standard to an OM2H.
