Martin CS-D18-12
This 12 fret custom shop guitar from 2012 is in excellent condition. It is made from sinker mahogany from Belize and has an Adirondack top. Madagascar rosewood bindings. Fossilized mammoth nut and saddle. Guitar has 2 marks on either side of the headstock where it presumably hung on a guitar hook. Otherwise it is in excellent condition. The sound is very loud and open. Action is low/medium and it plays effortlessly. Includes the CS case. $2900 SHIPPED.

Don't mean to meddle with your sale, but this might help....or not. Apologies if not....

Always wanted to try this Custom Shop model since it came out. Had a chance to play this guitar a short time ago and compared it to a 2016 Martin D1 Authentic '31 and a late 90's Collings DS1A.
I found it to be equal to the Collings for both bare fingered picking and flatpicking. Great clarity and balance across the stings up and down the neck. The Dream Guitars link in one of the posts above is a good description. I found the CS-D18-12 equal to the Martin D1 for flatpicking. I preferred the D1 for playing without picks, which is what I do 90% of the time. The guitar and original case are in great shape. A few upgraded features it has that the D1 A lacks - rosewood bindings instead of black plastic, Waverly tuners instead of the cheaper Golden Age, and sinker mahogany. It also has a slightly easier to handle 1-3/4" nut width. Best of luck with the sale. Great 12 fret guitar.
