Default Did Gibson every make a slot head acoustic?

Did Gibson ever make a slot head acoustic steel string guitar?

Closest thing to that I've seen was a 1960s C-1s, a small student classical that was rebraced for steel strings. Sounded pretty good, too.

Turn of the century (19th-20th) Martin was adapting the European designs to his own shapes and strutting methodology.

Gibson was far more revolutionary - working to create the mandolin (mainly) and secondly the guitar in the image of the violin family. I'm fairly sure that they experimented with slotted headstocks ... but not much.

Slot heads appeared on Style O and L1 models in 1905 - 1907.
